BENCH & CO was established by Helen Brasington and Inge Iriarte Vicinay to meet the demand for a proactive, international law firm that understands and caters for the complex legal issues that foreigners and ex-pats face in Spain.

How We Work

Our approach is to designate team members (an English speaking Account Manager (Director level), a Spanish Lawyer and a Legal Executive) to a new client who will then work with the client through to closure.

This gives continuity and allows us to fully understand and implement our clients requirements, building a relationship that allows communication to flow and actions to be clear.

Costs and Fees

If there’s a lawyer involved then you’ve probably got enough to worry about without our charges adding to your concerns.

That’s why we operate a fixed fee schedule with all costs agreed in advance – so there’s no nasty surprises or unexpected costs on completion.

We operate independently from estate agents and unlike some other lawyers do not offer financial inducements to real estate agents for introductions. Our company stands and falls on the quality of the work and the advice we provide.
